I don't know what it is with mafia, dark romances but I've been reading them a lot these past few months. I've even binge-read them at one point. There's just something intriguing about a world I had no inkling about.
I'm sure you've read the blurb... I'm bot going to say more, just that it has a lot of twists and turns. It was a slow burn at first bit Cyrus Reed wormed his way into my heart, lol.
I'm going ahead and say that I didn't really relate to most of it except that part where the female protagonist needed time to make sure her feelings are 100% true and because of hero-worship... that's all I'm going to say.
Reading it was exhilarating and riveting.
