This is my first ARC from the author. I've read the blurb and got hooked, that's why I signed up.
It's a complicated friends to lovers story... It's more angsty than I've expected.
Juliette was a tattoo artist who had emotional baggage the size of Vermont... very guarded but prickly... has trust issues, and more.
Lee is this sweet, sexy tattoo artist, who just wouldn't give up on her.
And those plot twists! Fate works in mysterious ways! If it's meant to be, it will always find its way!
It wasn't an easy read because it touched on sensitive topics, but it was captivating enough.
To the fans of LJ Shen, JL Berg, AL Jackson and Staci Brillhart, this is the book to pick up next.
