My thoughts after reading...
I loved this book. I'm such a fan of Matthew and Leah's love story. I think its amazing how some people know "the one" by just a look... It's cute how smooth Matthew put his moves on Leah--waiting for her outside her dorm, walking her to her class and takes her hand...asks her for a favor to pick-up his friends... Subtle and sweet. Although Matthew has a sad past, I admired the fact that it didnt deter him to become the person he wants to be. He believed in himself and made his dream a reality... He was still a good boy despite all the temptations around... As for Leah.. I can relate to her... A bit naive and kinda just keeps to herself and lacks a bit of self-esteem... She's just your typical girl-next-door.... I loved the epilogue... I'm glad they have a happy ending though I would've wanted the epilogue to include their graduation, wedding, Matthew's draft... etc... I'm just a sucker for happy endings...(sigh)
Waiting on Forever can be a stand alone book.
