I missed Charleigh Rose! It's been a while since I've read from her. She's one of my faves because I like to read college romance, sports romance and enemies to lover romance.
I should've re-read the first book to refresh my memory... I was trying to remember which one is this or that.
Anyway...
I did not expect this book to go the way it did. It's thrilling, it has action, it was swoon-worthy and there are parts that are funny.
I like Holden Ames. I mean, what's not to like? He's everything. He's blunt and funny aside from his physical attributes. Valentina is a lucky girl!
The spice level is high, NOT $mu++¥ but sp!c¥ enough to make a grown woman blu$h.
I read this overnight and was riveted from start to finish.
