I picked up this book right after it hit my kindle because I had just read the Wildflowers Duet last week and I enjoyed it. I was also excited to read this particular book because of it's trope and I'm a big fan of rockstar romance.
Micalea Smeltzer is a new author for me... this is only my second time to read something of hers.
This book is a story about overcoming traûmà$, and resilience. It's not an easy read as it deals with PTSD and sübśtanćè abûsè. It's more angsty than I anticipated but it was also funny, sexy and swoony.
Hope you'll love Kira and Rush as much as I did!
