I was so excited to receive this ARC! I've read the blurb and I was done for. I was itching—for a lack if better word, to read this. And when the ARC hit my kindle, I devoured it right away.

I was looking for a mature-ish YA read that's satisfying because I had been in a book rut. And then I started this and here we are...
It's more than an enemies to lovers romance... It's not even really an enemies to lovers one.
It was riveting from start to finish... It tackles one of the most rampant crimes against women—sexual assault. I'm not going to say more because I'm afraid I will give anything away...
I loved the story. This is by far the best I've read from Ms. Mills. Reading this book will make you realize that there's more than what meets the eye... that love transcends physical appearance... that, you can't help who you love... and that, love can sometimes means to sacrifice and to be patient.
This is one of those books where you just gotta have the paperback aside from the ebook.
