Chloe and Oliver are best-friends since they were very little... their Mothers are best-friends... and they've been practically betrothed since the day they were born.... but somewhere along the way, life happened and they stopped being friends until Chloe needed an investor for her future project and in swoops her erstwhile bestie.
You can't help but fall in love with these two as you turn from one page to another... I love their banter... their push and pull... although I can't fault Chloe for falling too soon too fast, I wished she held off a wee bit more. The hurt she went through... not knowing what went wrong.... that was... (sigh..)
It's an easy read... it's heartwarming and sexy and funny... and I gotta say, the cover is one of the best I've seen this year.
For the fans of Lauren Blakely, Rachel Van Dyken and Corinne Michaels... this is the book to pick up next.
